Kentucky Board of Hairdressers and Cosmetologists Requirements:

Cosmetologists, Nail Technicians and Estheticians must complete six (6) hours of beauty school courses annually.
Instructors must complete eight (8) hours annually (in addition to the 6 hours required for their cosmetology license for a total of 14 hours)
