Illinois Cosmetology Continuing Education

Individual and course packages available:

7 Hour Package - $50
5 Hour Package - $40

Cosmetologist certify on the renewal application to successful completion of a minimum of 14 hours of continuing education and nail technicians and estheticians a minimum of 10 hours of continuing education from a cosmetology sponsor registered with the Division, within the 2 years prior to the expiration date of the license. One half of the required continuing education hours can be acquired via online or correspondence. A pre-renewal period is the 24 month period proceeding the renewal date in the year of renewal.
